Do I need an appointment?

Yes. Appointments only. No walk-ins. Booking is free.

How big are the discounts?

Up to 80% off designer gowns. Gowns from $499. The price on the tag is the price you pay.

Which days can I book?

Nov 13–15, Nov 20–22 and Nov 27–29, Friday to Sunday. We're closed Thanksgiving Day.

Why book early?

Sale gowns are one of a kind. Once one sells, it's gone. Book an early weekend for the most gowns.

What happens after I book?

Your spot is held. We'll text or email to confirm.

Can I change or cancel?

Yes. You can do it online up to 48 hours before.

What if the time I want is full?

Join the waitlist in the booking form. Pick a backup time and we'll let you know if it opens up.

Can I bring guests?

Yes. Bring up to 5 guests. Champagne for you and your guests.

Do my guests need to book?

No. Add them when you book, up to 5.

What's the free VIP experience?

Your own stylist, gowns pulled in your size before you arrive, and a champagne toast. It's a $299 value, and every Black Friday appointment gets it.

I'm not a sample size. Will there be anything for me?

Yes. Sizes 6–26W in store. Your stylist will ask your size and what you love when we confirm.
